Want to book a Ride with ALF is Simple, Here’s how it works:

• Open the ALF app & enter your destination

• Adjust the pin to confirm your pickup location

• Choose from ALF MINI, ALF GO, ALF GO+, Business, Tuk Tuk, Biker.

• Tap request to see the estimated fare and select your payment method.

• Confirm and you will see yours nearest Captain arrival in Real-Time on the map along with their Captain Name, Vehicle Registration No, Color of Vehicle, Make & Contact details.

• Configure your Credit Card with ALF App & Simply Hop out at the end, it will be automatically paid from Credit Card or Pay Cash to captain.

• Trip Invoice Detail will be directly sent to your email & will also show in-app Ride History.

• Don’t forget to rate your ride after your trip has ended.
